Programs

AL-ILM Association is a registered non-profit organization and is tax-exempt under IRC section 501 (C)(3). Our objective is to provide an inclusive and enriching Islamic environment for our children to develop their knowledge and faith. Alḥamdulillah, with the grace of Allah SWT and through your support and du’ās, we have established a fulltime Islamic Institution here at Dundalk with several programs and 44 fulltime students. We have a Ḥifẓ program (21 students), an ‘Ālimiyyah Program for girls (23 students), and Homeschooling for grades K-12. We have a total of over 125 students enrolled in the Evening and Weekend classes at Al Ilm. Alhamdulillah, we have a dedicated team of 6 full-time teachers and an additional 13 volunteer teachers. Al Ilm has fulltime and part-time students from Security Blvd, White Marsh, Essex, and other neighboring areas.

AL-ILM strives to serve the religious, educational, and social needs of the Muslim community of the Dundalk and Greater Baltimore area. We are working to establish and maintain a place of worship in accordance with traditions. rites, and practices of the Islamic religion. It is our goal to strengthen our faith, commitment, and observance as Muslims. We have charitable programs and activities to provide resources to people in need of them. We maintain our congregation as a community caring for others.
